For the "Software Development Employee Workload" report, an additional section has been added that includes service requests that are responsible by one service group but that has assignments to individuals from other service groups. The new section is titled "Service Requests - Assignments To Other Teams", and appears between the sections titled "Service Requests - Unassigned" and "Service Requests - General Headers".
