On the "Work Queue" page, the "Self Assign" process has been modified to check if an assignment already exists, and if so, to display the error message: "Service request nnnnnnnn has an assignment and cannot be self-assigned."  Previously, if processors did not refresh their Work Queues, multiple assignments were being created.
