TIME System, SD Employee Workload Report

ITD Users: 
  • Service Requests assigned to the Incredibles Service Group will be assigned Team 'J' in the DELA TIME System.
  • The "SD Employee Workload" report will now display the service request short description in the Unassigned and General Header sections. Previously, the work order short description was being displayed.
