The "SD Employee Workload" crystal report is now available for the ITD Software Development Division:

• The report contains employee workloads, submitted service requests, and open general header service requests.
• The report can be run to include information for all service groups, or for a single service group.
• The report is available as both a scheduled batch report and as a generated real time report.
• Only eligible users can view this report.
