For the "Group Manager Status - Current" and "Group Manager Status - History" reports:
All service request types will now be included on the reports. Previously, the reports excluded "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt" service request types.
ITD Users:
For the "SD Team Performance Measure" report:
All service request types will now be included on the report. Previously, the report only included "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt", "Web Changes", "EDMS", and "Generic" service request types.
The "Within Est Hours" and "Within Est Hrs%" column totals will now be calculated correctly if assignments exist without any actual hours.
For the "SD Employee Performance Measure" report:
All service request types will now be included on the report. Previously, the report only included "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt", "Web Changes", "EDMS", and "Generic" service request types.
For the "SD Workload Snapshot" report:
All service request types will now be included on the report. Previously, the report only included "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt", "Web Changes", and "EDMS" service request types.
Service requests without service areas will now be included on the report under a new bucket titled "Unknown".
A "Total Service Requests" line will now be displayed that includes a count of service requests.
For the "SD Group Manager Status - History" report:
Service requests not associated to a Software Development service group will now be excluded from the report.
