SD Division Performance Measure Report

ITD Users: 

For the "Software Development Division Performance Measure Report":

  • All ITD service groups in the Software Development Division (both active and inactive) will now appear in the report. Previously, only active service groups were included in the report.
  • All service request types will now appear in the report. Previously, only "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt", "Web Changes", "EDMS", and "Generic" service request types were included in the report.
