The "JCL Maintenance" service request is now available. It replaces the paper form "SFN 52457 ITD JCL Maintenance Form."
For the "Software Development Group Manager Status Report - Current" report:
The non-functional "Act. Completion Date" field has been removed.
The Chargeable, Consultant, Non-chargeable, and Remaining Hours will now be displayed with decimal values, such as 41.7. Previously, the values were rounded to whole numbers, such as 42.
For the "Software Development Group Manager Status Report - History" report:
A date value will only appear in the "Act. Comp. Date" column for service requests that have been completed. Previously a date value was appearing for service requests that had been completed but were now reopened.
