For EDMS service requests with a "User ID Maintenance" request type, a "Clear" link has been added below each software application. Now if users accidentally start filling in the wrong software application, the "Clear" link can be used to clear the entered values. Previously, the entered values could not be 'undone', and users had to delete the whole service request and start over.
For EDMS service requests, the "Accounting Information" (if any) will now be displayed to all users. Previously, this information was only displayed to ITD processors.
Service requests without divisions will now appear on the "Software Development Division Performance Measure Report".
