The "General Header" search field will now be displayed as a dropdown list instead of a radio list. The default search result will now contain both general header and non-general header work orders.
For departments with divisions, Request Managers and Lead Request Managers will now be able to retrieve work orders that have an 'inactive' division. Previously these users received a "No match found for the search criteria" message.
At the "Work Order Approval" page:
If a Supervisor or Request Manager enters text in the "Additional Narrative" field and then selects the "Submit" button without clicking on an approve/deny/return radio button, the user's text will now be redisplayed. Previously the text was cleared, and the user had to reenter the information.
If a Supervisor selects a Request Manager and then selects the "Submit" button without clicking on an approve/deny/return radio button, the selected Request Manager value will now be redisplayed. Previously the selection was cleared, and the user had to reenter the information.
If a Supervisor or Request Manager changes the "Need By Date" field and then selects the "Finish Later" button, the new date value will now be stored. Previously, the date value was unchanged.
