For Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt service requests, the fields "Development Status" and "Development Note" have been added. The fields will initially default to blank, but will be modifiable by ITD. The fields will provide the customer with additional information regarding the status of the service request. Previously, customers had only the service request status of "Assigned". The following Development Status values will be available:

• In Progress - ITD is actively working on the service request.
• User Prty Shift - The agency has lowered the priority of the service request; ITD is not actively working on the service request.
• User Test - The agency is Acceptance Testing the service request.
• Obj Unavail - An Object (Program) is unavailable; ITD is not actively working on the service request.
• Dvlpr Unavail - A Developer is unavailable; ITD is not actively working on the service request.
• User Resp - ITD is waiting on a decision by the agency; ITD is not actively working on the service request.
