North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)For users with both "End User" and "Request Manager" contact types, searching for service requests will now return all service requests that match the "Request Manager" privileges (i.e., all service requests in the department). Previously, only service requests were returned that matched the "End User" privileges.
