A new "Search Service Groups" feature has been added to the Work Management System.

• On the "Main Menu" page, a "Search Service Groups" link has been added.
• The "Search Service Groups" link will only be displayed to Lead Request Managers and Request Managers of a department.
• The "Search Service Groups" link will only be displayed if a department has active service groups.
• Selecting the "Search Service Groups" link will take a user to the "Search Service Groups" page. This page will allow a user to enter a service group and view all members for the service group, or enter a member name and view all service groups for the member.
• Any updates to the service groups will continue to be performed by the Lead Request Managers of a department (this has not changed).
