Telecommunications Service Requests, Service Request Required Date Validation

All Users: 
  • For "Telecommunications" service requests, a new phone set type of "i2004 Internet Telephone" will now be available.
  • When a user selects the "Submit" button for any service request, validation will now be performed on the "Required Date" field. Previously, the following service requests could be submitted to ITD with an expired Required Date: Firewall Access, ITD User ID, Mainframe User ID, On-Demand Report Transfer, Reverse Proxy.
ITD Users: 

On the "Add Cost Estimate" and "Edit Cost Estimate" pages, the "Manager" field has been moved from the selection table to a separate field with a drop-down list. The drop-down list will contain all individuals with the "ITD Software Manager" contact type. Developers no longer need to add the Manager to the Project Team.
