On the "Overview: Service Request Tasks and Assignments" page, the Actual Hours Total will now round correctly.
On the "Overview: Service Request Tasks and Assignments" page for Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt service requests, the "Estimate Original Task Hours" and "Estimate After Analysis Task Hours" links will now be displayed only to ITD processors of the service request. Previously, the links were displayed to all ITD users.
