For the Work Queue "Project Management" table, the project numbers are now active links to the project. Previously, only the document numbers were active links.
When switching between departments, users will now default to the "Work Queue" page.
On the "Contact Search" page:
Column sorting has been added. Clicking once on a highlighted column field name will sort the search result in ascending order; clicking again will sort the search result in descending order.
Anchoring has been added. When Lead Request Managers select a link from the search result and then select 'Return', they will now be returned to the same location in the search result. Previously, users were always returned to the top of the page and had to scroll back down.
