For Network service requests, the "Site" and "Contact Phone" fields have been added.
For Network and Telecommunication service requests, when adding "Installed Service" and "Subscription Service" information, ITD Accounting Processors will no longer need to select the Update button (to save the changes) prior to selecting the Complete button. The Update functionality has been incorporated into the Complete button.
