On the "Search Service Request Time Entries" page, selecting an "Actual Hrs" link for a Service Area or Task will now display the actual hours for only the Service Area or Task. Previously, users would receive the actual hours for the entire Service Request.
On the "Search Individual Time Entries" page, the search results will now be displayed in YYYYMMDD sequence within the service request and individual assignment. Previously, the results were displayed in MMDDYYYY sequence within the service request and individual assignment.
On the "Service Requests For Time Entry" page, the user's name and time entry date will now be displayed.
ITD users must have both a Mainframe ID and a Classification in order to perform time entry within WMS.
If a user does not have a Mainframe ID and tries to perform time entry, the following message will be displayed: "Cannot update time entry - contact must have a Mainframe ID".
If a user does not have a Classification and tries to perform time entry, the following message will be displayed: "Cannot update time entry - contact must have a Classification".
Time detail records with an hours value of '0.0' will no longer be created in the Mainframe TIME system. Previously, these non-functional records were incorrectly being created.
