For Network and Telecommunication service requests, the "Installed Service" and "Subscription Service" information (if any) will now be displayed to all users. Previously, this information was only displayed to ITD Accounting users.
All information entered into the "Processor's Comments" field will continue to be displayed to all users (this has not changed).
