Telecommunication Service Requests in "Work Complete - Review Wiring" status will now appear in the ITD processor's Work Queue. Previously, service requests in this status were not appearing in anyone's Work Queue.
Service Requests in 'Returned' status will now display in the ITD processor's Work Queues only if the service requests have actual "programming" hours (chargeable, non-chargeable, or consultant). Previously, service requests in this status were always displayed.
