The "Software Development" service request has been renamed the "Software Dev/GIS/Proj Mgmt" service request to indicate it should be used when requesting "Geographic Information System" (GIS) and "Project Management" services from ITD. It should continue to be used when requesting "Software Development" services.
When a work order is forwarded to a director for approval, the work order will now only appear in the work queue of the selected director. Previously the work order was appearing in the work queue's of all director's in the department.
If a completed service request is re-opened and a new assignment added, the service request status will be set to "Assigned". Previously, the service request status remained "Submitted".
If a completed service request that was forwarded to Accounting is re-opened, the service request status will be set to "Work Completed - Review Accounting". Previously, the service request status was set to "Submitted".
