A new field labeled "Responsible" has been added to the Service Request. This field will appear near the top of the page within the blue box after the service request has been submitted. The new "Responsible" field will contain a name and a telephone number, making it easy for users to know who to contact for information on that specific Service Request.
For Network and Telecommunications Service Requests:
If a Network or Voice Services processor selects the Work Complete button but a radio option has not also been selected, the following message will be displayed: "'Service area to forward request to' is required."
If a Network or Voice Services processor selects the Accounting radio option and the Work Complete button but there are still open assignments, the following message will be displayed: "This service request has open assignment(s) and cannot be forwarded."
