If a Work Order or Service Request is edited so that it will be in a new sort order on the Work Queue, the user is returned to its new sort location on the Work Queue. Previously, the user was returned to its former sort location.
On the Edit Task List page, when a new task is added, the (unique) task number can be up to 15 characters (previously up to 9 characters were allowed).
Service Requests assigned to the Software Architecture Team will be assigned Team 'R' in the Mainframe TIME system.
In the Work Queue "Process Service Requests" table, the Est-Completion-Date column is now sorted by YYYYMMDD. Previously it was sorted by MMDDYYYY.
