North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)The Network and Telecommunications service requests have been modified to use the new Rate Tables. With this change, the Network, Voice Systems, and Accounting processors will notice a few wording changes and one deletion (all in italics) in the Installed Service and Subscription Service dropdowns. These wording changes are necessary to sync up the billing codes/descriptions in the Work Management System with the information displayed on the ITD Billing Web pages.
