The Internal Generic Service Request functionality has been restored. Previously, users were encountering an unable-to-process error when creating an Internal Generic Service Request and assigning it to an individual. The error was introduced into this feature with the deployment on February 15, 2005.
Project header records will not be created in the Mainframe TIME system for internal service requests. Previously, these non-functional records were incorrectly being created.
