The page titles on the service request pages have been standardized to match the link names from the "Select Type of Service Request" page.
For DOT:
A user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) can approve any Work Order.
The Work Queue for a user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) will only display Work Order's that match the division(s) for which the user is a Supervisor.
For DHS:
A user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) can only approve Work Order's that match the division(s) for which the user is a Supervisor.
A Request Manager/Supervisor combination role does not need supervisor approval; their Work Order's are auto-approved.
The Work Queue for a user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) will only display Work Order's that match the division(s) for which the user is a Supervisor.
For all other departments:
A user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) can only approve Work Order's that match the division(s) for which the user is a Supervisor.
The Work Queue for a user with a Supervisor role (with or without additional roles) will only display Work Order's that match the division(s) for which the user is a Supervisor.
