ITD Voice Services is responsible for providing all voice communications to state government agencies and institutions, which includes PBX systems, Landlines, long distance, voice mail, and all special applications. In addition to dial tone, we provide consulting, design, and engineering of voice applications such as Automated Attendants, Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Call Center Services, etc. We provide 24-hour technical support for voice related problems, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
