Customer Satisfaction

Ongoing feedback is essential for assessing effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement. Customers are strongly encouraged to let us know how we are doing, and they are often reminded that without their feedback, we can only assume they are very satisfied.

Upon closure of every incident and service request, customers are emailed a link to an online survey. The questions can be answered in seconds, and the answers provide insight into:
