Annual Customer Survey

ITD conducts an Annual Customer Survey every July to help evaluate performance over the previous fiscal year. IT coordinators, business professionals, and agency directors are encouraged to participate. The results are used to:

  • Monitor the objectives outlined within ITD’s Strategic Plan
  • Report customer satisfaction indexes to stakeholders
  • Measure the efficiency and effectiveness of services
  • Drive lasting improvements

Results

The following charts summarize customer feedback from the 2014 survey. Detailed 2014 Annual Customer Survey results, including historical trends dating back to the year 2000, are also available.

  • Very Satisfied = Dark Green
  • Mostly Satisfied = Green
  • Somewhat Satisfied = Light Green
  • Somewhat Dissatisfied = Light Red
  • Mostly Dissatisfied = Red
  • Very Dissatisfied = Dark Red
