North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)
The Statewide Longitudinal Data System (SLDS) leverages stakeholders and partners of education, training, and employment programs to create a system which provides data to support the research and evaluation of programs to improve the outcomes of individuals provided service. SLDS maximizes the usefulness of management information while protecting the privacy and security of personal information.
An SLDS Committee was formed in 2007 through ND Century Code (Section 15.1-02-18) and is responsible for governing a system for sharing longitudinal data. Additional information is available on the SLDS Project Website.
ITD provides Hosting, Business Intelligence, and other necessary services in support of the SLDS Committee.
