Software Development

Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) Initiative.

ITD Software Development started an EDMS initiative in March, 2005. The EDMS group consists of EDMS Analysts and .NET developers. Their purpose is to create Software Development policies and standards for developing EDMS applications and to provide input on EDMS architecture decisions. The planned outcome of this initiative is to make EDMS software development a routine process for Software Developers, and to integrate software development disciplines with records management activities.
