Continue to provide ITD's customers with functional software applications that meet their business requirements, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and continue the migration to new application development technologies.
The application development process must be centered around a proven systems development methodology that assures proper project management and quality assurance practices are followed.
When analyzing customers' business needs, we must understand their business processes and our application development technologies well enough so we can present alternate options for meeting their business requirements.
ITD's application development tools must provide the user interface required by the application's users, we must provide a robust interface for ‘power' users and a simpler, more universal interface for occasional users.
ITD will remain informed of new application development technologies that emerge on the market and assess their value to our customers. The current focus is to refine our skills in J2EE, .NET, Web Page Design, Java, Cool:Gen and Powerbuilder. We also provide Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) application development services.
