Over-the-Phone Language Interpretation is the facilitating of verbal communication, either simultaneously or consecutively, between users of different languages. The State of North Dakota is utilizing an interpretation service called CTS LanguageLink. This telephone interpretation service offers more than 240 languages and dialects. It is accessable 24 hours a day and costs $0.82 per minute.
