North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)Business Intelligence (BI) refers to the skills, processes, technologies, applications, and practices used to support decision making.
The service includes assisting customers in developing systems/methods used in analyzing business data. BI uses technologies, processes, and applications to analyze data. This may include warehouses, reports, or analytical tools to provide easy access to the customers’ information.
ITD continues to build a BI Competency Center for ND state government.
ITD’s online Work Management System (WMS) may be used to submit "Software Dev/GIS/PM/QA" service request.
