Teamwork is critical to the success of Enterprise Architecture within the State of North Dakota. A variety of partnerships, committees, and teams collaborate to build consensus within the EA structure:

| State Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Office of Management & Budget | Develop statewide information technology policies, standards, and guidelines as defined within ND Century Code (Chapter 54-59-09). |
| State Information Technology Advisory Committee (SITAC) | Prioritizing IT initiatives in relation to the business and technical requirements to obtain a common vision. The committee shall review the statewide information technology policies, standards, and guidelines and advise the Chief Information Officer (CIO). |
| Architecture Review Board (ARB) | Review and approve both business and technical conceptual architectures. The ARB is responsible for recommending approval of enterprise standards, best practices and guidelines, and collaborating on enterprise architecture design principles. |
| Architecture Team (AT) | Facilitate the technical enterprise architecture process, create and maintain deliverables, communicate architecture standards to all interested parties, and review technology infrastructure projects for compliance to the architecture. |
| Technical Domain Teams: |
Define standards, standard configurations, and collaborate on enterprise architecture design principles with the architecture team. |

Business Domain Teams: |
Collaborate on enterprise business architecture design principles with the ARB. The teams will define standards, best practices and guidelines regarding enterprise business processes. |
| STAGEnet Committees | Assist with planning, prioritizing, approving standards/policies, making service level decisions, coordinating among constituencies, communicating, and identifying/providing resources in support of the statewide network. |
