North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)Within EA Teams and Governance, the EA Domain Team for Project Management (EAPM) is a group of dedicated and experienced agency project managers who provide project management advice and strategic direction to state government.
• Maintain a full project management methodology (ND Project Management Guidebook)
• Develop and maintain standards pertaining to project management
• Research and provide opportunities for training, mentoring, and certification in project management
• Develop and maintain best practices pertaining to project management
• Research and communicate tools, templates and guidance pertaining to project management
• Leverage project management expertise to promote best practices and maximize project successes
• Provide ongoing process improvement approaches that, over time, will provide an even greater chance for successful projects
