• FileNet Content Services - Currently used for storage of document, images and other objects for later retrieval.
• FileNet P8 Content Manager - A component of the FileNet P8 ECM (Enterprise Content Management) suite of products.
  • Provides for the storage and retrieval of electronic objects in various formats.
  • Enables users to find documents based on indexes or via text-based searching.
  • FileNet P8 is a web-based product that can be accessed via the following link: filenet.state.nd.us/Workplace/. Users must have an active directory account to logon to the system. Agencies must complete an EDMS service request in order to add a document repository to FileNet P8.
