This fee is only assessed for work that extends beyond the scope of normal administrative duties included in the server/application hosting fees.

Time is charged out in increments of six minutes (1/10th of an hour).

Normal Administrative Duties:

• Install and maintain base operating systems
• Troubleshoot/Research server abends
• Add and maintain authorized users
• Update and maintain server communications (TCP/IP, SNA)
• Install and update user software applications
• Verify system backups/restore procedures
• Tune servers for optimum performance
