File Share disk storage service is data stored on ITD's central disk storage devices. It is reserved for specific non-transactional data. Typical usage includes File and Print data and EDMS data. Data replication options are available.

This service is supported 24 x 7 and receives priority 1 response for incident resolution. Data is billed by the amount of storage allocated. Backup is billed separately.
