ITD provides hosting of North Dakota's PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning system implementation.

Each agency has a ConnectND fee on their data processing bill each month. The amount each agency needs to budget is as follows:

$12.89 per month for each legislatively authorized FTE identified in the 2011-2013 Legislative Appropriations book
$8.08 per month for every $1 million appropriated to the agency as identified in the 2011-2013 Legislative Appropriations book

The Forms Management Program is responsible for maintaining quality state forms. This includes maintaining the state form numbering system, maintaining design standards for state forms quality, designing forms that meet the needs of our customers, eliminating duplicate and bootleg forms, and reviewing and analyzing all forms used in state government.
