ITD will offer Conference Bridging to individuals by request.  Each individual will be issued a moderator number and participant passcode.  ITD will charge a per-minute rate to the moderator for all participant calls within the Conference Bridge. 

Call detail is collected on the moderator's telephone number and participant passcode.
