ITD Records Management will be conducting meetings with each agency's records and forms coordinator to review their Records Management Program. 

The goal is to have an Information Management Analyst review current processes and provide recommendations for improvements. The analyst will concentrate on the areas listed below:

 Records Management Practices for Paper and Electronic Records 

• Accuracy of Records Retention Schedule
• Records Disposal Process
• Utilizing Filing Systems

 Forms Management Practices

• Inventory of State Form Numbers
• Forms Design
