North Dakota Information Technology Department (ITD)Senate Bill 2015 (Section 11) instructs agencies to involve ITD in the planning and study of projects and to receive ITD’s recommendation prior to proceeding. As a result, a new process for Involving ITD in Project Origination has been established.
