Last year at a meeting with other midwestern states, Bob Nutsch, ITD’s GIS Coordinator, saw a new application provided by Esri that gives the option to view multiple photos of the same location at the same time. This application was used along with imagery collected by the ND Department of Transportation for the State Water Commission, to display before and after photos of last year’s flooding that greatly impacted North Dakotans.
