The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has reorganized the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) into a solely owned LLC called the WSCA/NASPO Cooperative Purchasing Organization. The LLC board will have representation from all regions of the country rather than just the original Western States region. This new organization structure is expected to bring more participation from all 50 States for cooperative contracting efforts to improve the quality of purchasing and procurement.
