Boxes containing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for the IT Professional Services Contract Pool kept pouring into ITD to meet the March 31st, 3:00 pm deadline. 

Pat Forster of ITD's IT Procurement section hosted kick-off meetings on April 4th and April 5th for the 21 different evaluation teams involved with the RFP scoring process. Over 80 people throughout North Dakota state government are serving on these evaluation teams and are expected to submit their final scores by May 2, 2011.  By mid-May, after finalizing the award recommendations, the intent to award contracts will be sent out. These new contracts will become effective July 1, 2011.
