The Information Technology Department’s (ITD) physical inventory schedule begins Tuesday, May 10, 2011 and continues until the end of July.

Four ITD employees; Kayla Haugen, Jacqui Raghib, Chase Lingle, and Jarrett Schlag will travel statewide to various facilities that house ITD's equipment. This inventory team will inspect equipment serial numbers and asset tags which may also require your assistance to access wiring closets or other areas. They will also be carrying credentials identifying them as ITD employees. Please inform members of your agency to anticipate the arrival of these individuals.
