The Information Technology Department has issued a Request For Proposal (RFP) for dark fiber services for the city of Williston, North Dakota.  The State is currently utilizing dark fiber to connect various customer sites located in Williston and is seeking offerors who can provide “dark” (i.e. non-lit) fiber optic cabling to connect existing locations.
