ITD is planning to complete an update to IBM Cognos Business Intelligence applications in March of 2012.  This 'refresh' is a refinement of the existing Cognos applications.  Improvements include a new optional query engine for increased performance, improved compatibility with current web browsers and mobile devices, improvements in product usability for both report authors and consumers, and a number of bug fixes. 

Below is the planned schedule for the various environments:

• DEV:  Friday, February 10, 5:00 pm through Monday, February, 13, 8:00 am
• TEST:  Friday, February 17, 5:00 pm through Monday, February 20, 8:00 am - (Postponed)
• PROD:  Friday, March 9, 5:00 pm through Monday, March 12, 8:00 am
• PROD B:  Friday, March 16, 5:00 pm through Monday, March 19, 8:00 am
