Answer: Anyone seeking information regarding North Dakota, its government or educational services, or any online applications may Contact Us online. ITD may not be able to address all of your concerns directly, but we will happily pass them along to the appropriate agency on your behalf.
Question: Where can ND Public Employees report problems or ask questions?
Answer: ITD’s Service Desk is the single-point-of-contact for IT related incidents, problems, questions, requests, and feedback. The Service Desk can be reached 24/7 online at www.nd.gov/support or via telephone at (701) 328-4470 or (877) 328-4470.
Question: Does ITD have any job openings?
Answer: Job Seeker Information is available online. ITD offers a variety of Careers to Choose From.
Question: How is ITD funded?
Answer: ITD is primarily funded with Special Funds. Customers pay ITD for technology services with money allocated in their budgets by the legislature.
Question: When are IT systems maintained?
Answer: A Schedule of Changes is published online. Customers may also receive outage and change notifications via email by completing an Online Email Subscription Request.
