ITD will be upgrading the Data Center router and firewall hardware to increase capacity. Times have been expanded to allow for the shut-down and start-up of hosted services.
Updates may be posted on ITD's Twitter while traditional communication channels are unavailable. A Service Desk analyst will also be available for questions at 701-328-4470. (Phone service will remain available.)
NOTE: With limited advance notice, ITD may be required to move this outage from Saturday to Sunday because of hazardous winter weather and public safety concerns.
All services requiring network connectivity into or within the datacenter will be unavailable until at least 7:00 am. Services will be restored chronologically between 7:00 am and 9:00 am.
